Hi, what is causing this error?

It's a problem with your apple watch and phone - often times needs someone on the O2 side to help. If you have called 202 and they were unable to help, as the message advised, @Petera83, then there is an O2 advisor service from 8am tomorrow here on the forum. I will tag @O2Sarah- who is on until about lunchtime, keep a watch for a message here asking for more details so she can follow up for you with CS. Good luck.
