I upgraded to a huawei p30 pro which arrived yesterday. I am using my sim card which works in my old phone and my partners but when entered in to the new phone it says no service and doesnt search for a network in the settings. I have tried calling customer services but with everything going off at the moment I cant get pass the automated message. Any ideas on what I can do?
Thanks.

It would seem to be a faulty phone f your old sim card works in one phone but not the new one.

Try a full reset again on the new phone to see if it then searches for a network.

If not, you have no option but to keep trying to get through to customer service.
