Hi, can anyone help? Maybe I'm dim, but the more I read about the upgrades the more unclear it is.... I'm due upgrade, but I'd like to keep my airtime. But I don't think I can. So what happens to my contract then when I upgrade? Does it get terminated? But how come if I signed for 36 months... Does this mean I'll have to airtimes live?? And what about the number? Do I get to keep it? Any ideas? Thanks.

When you upgrade you keep the same number.
Your old contract is cancelled and replaced with the new one.
If you still have months remaining on the old contract, you will be charged an early termination fee equivalent to the end of the contract.

You can text INFO to 85075 to get details on any early termination fees that may be payable
