Hi so been onto 02 about my upgrade they have said the upgrade in October was a miss sold contract but can't change my upgrade date back to 22nd December they have got while tomorrow to send me an email from complaints review didn't get a phone call from manger and they told me superior was going to contact me within 5 days which takes it to my original upgrade date any ideas what happens next thanks
