hi ive been looking at my upgrade options and my contract dont end until nov 2022. But ive already had my phone for about 2 yrs ...so you must upgraded my contract without me knowing ....if i upgrade i at least want a new phone please can you help

If you have had your current phone for 2 years then you should be due to upgrade now, unless you opted to pay it off over 36 months?

I would call O2 and ask them what your upgrade options are. All details in this guide. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

If it's easier, pop instore with your phone and some ID and ask if they can help.
