Upgrade

Due to upgrade my Samsung tablet. When I go on to upgrade. It says to either ring the 0800 number or 202. Anyone know why this would be? Did not have this when I upgraded my phone.

I can only assume there is a marker on your account that needs discussing.

If you do want to upgrade then call them but we normally suggest to go instore.
