I just upgraded and paid the last payment for my current plan which the bill arrives on the 9th and is normally paid on the 23rd when will the o2 app update showing that I have paid it? And will my next bill arrive on the 9th of November now? So sorry for all the questions and confusion. Thanks in advance.

Yes, your bill date remains the same.
Your account will update to show it's paid when the system processes the payment and updates.
As it's now Friday, that may not be until Monday, but could update overnight.
