Call 202 and speak to the recontract team and see what they can offer you..
If you don't ask, you don't get....

O2 make their own rules I'm afraid which don't always appear to be good ones.
Weigh up the pros and cons between O2 and another network and see if it's beneficial to you to switch.

The Note is an expensive phone. Unfortunately, if you want the Note 9 on O2 you are going to have to pay at least £10 upfront (Carphone Warehouse) or £20 (O2 directly), but you're monthly cost is going to be over £70 regardless unless you're willing to pay more upfront.

O2 were offering £100 off the upfront cost of Huawei phones last week, not sure if that offer is still on.

Thanks

Steve
