Ive been with 02 for 6 months on the sim only deal would i be able to upgrade to a device and how can i do it has wont let me online

Yes you can if you've paid on time etc.
You need to call on 202 to upgrade though.

Hi @Anonymous You can upgrade after 3 months on a sim only deal if you have paid your bills on time. If you cant do it onlline then try customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
