Upgrade to SIM only through o2 Refresh

I wanted to upgrade to a SIM Only deal but it doesn't let me buy it. I'm confused as on my upgrade page, the SIM Only deals are available, so does this mean that I can't upgrade on a SIM only?

@Anonymous Your post is a little confusing. You can't be on a sim only contract on Refresh. What is it that you want to do?

We can't see your account details so can't help, sorry.
You need to contact CS http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Anyway that was slightly irrelevant. As said contact CS from the link given above.  I have never taken out any contract online always by ringing directly.

Not entirely true mate.

Many will take a simo in order to build up their credit rating in order to get a full contract, however, I think the OP already has a contract but wants to switch to simo, so calling CS would be easiest as there may be fees payable on the device plan etc.
