Hello would any body be able to help me please think iv just made a mistake I am on a monthly plan and I wanted to upgrade my tariff to more internet but bye the looks of it iv just order a hole new sim it said I could upgrade now so I did it and it said my new sim is in the post but I only wanted to up grade tariff does any body no how I can cancel this order I made the order about 10 minutes ago so it just says order confirmed

A new sim is sent automatically in case you need one to get 5G.

As long as you followed the upgrade process, you'll be fine.

You can carry on using your old sim and just keep the new sim as a spare if ever needed.

You should receive emails to day confirming that your upgrade and tariff change is complete.

You need to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call
