Hi I’m jst upgrading from sim only to a device plan but I only upgraded my sim  only about 6 weeks ago is that ok. Thanks Caroline

It all depends on what you upgraded to if it is a 12month+ minimum term you will have to pay off the rest of the plan, before you can upgrade. 


If on a 30day term then you should be able to 


best thing to do is call the Sales Team on 0800 081 0255
