Hi. I have received my upgrade of an I phone 11 pro but the case and screen protectors are for an I phone 11 pro max. What should I do. I have phoned 02 but unless you are enquiring about an upgrade or lost/ stolen phone you can’t talk to anyone

If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
