Upgrade order issue

I understand these are trying times. I really do.

Yesterday afternoon I made an upgrade order and paid off £105 from my current device.

MyO2 said S20 plus 5g was in stock and Next day delivery if ordered before 12pm.

Had all the emails for the order and a confirmation pdf.

No updates on order since then either by email or text and still says processing on my account.

Any idea when I can expect it as clearly won't be today as promised on the website and order.

I feel it is very misleading to state next day delivery if this can't/won't be met plus I am down £105.

Been a loyal O2 customer for multiple years but this doesn't sit right with me.

Yes totally different

The first is merely information that the process has started

Until you get the dispatch email with tracking number, you aren't getting the device

Just got the "Get excited" email from O2 with a tracking code. Seems like it is on the way!

Plus my tariff has updated on My O2.
