Upgrade incorrect tariff charge on my o2 ?

I recently upgraded to 4gb unlimited minutes and texts for £18 per month sim only. On my o2 this shows as a tariff charge of £21. O2 have said by bill will be reduced by £3 every month. Is this correct?

I've just seen another post similar query. The £3 discount is in bolt ons! So is £18 a month! I wish the person I spoke to told me this!

I'm on the same tariff so yes, it's shown as a discounted bolt on as I posted in another thread.
