Upgrade failure

Anonymous
Not applicable
I thought an O2 upgrade on Refresh would be simple but was defeated by the hurdle of wanting my new phone delivered to my work address. The system wouldn't recognise the postcode of an address which I use for pretty well everything I buy online, and there was no way of typing in the address manually.

Customer services can override it manually if you give them a call http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
