Trouble Changing Over To My New Tariff

Anonymous
Not applicable
I recently bought a new iPhone 8 through Mobiles.co.uk and had taken out a new plan. I cancelled my old contract which I payed £50 to do so and thought my number had changed over to my new sim with the new tariff, however it seems I am on my old tariff as I have recently been told my data will soon run out when it shouldn’t as I have unlimited on my new tariff. How do I change over the sim to the new tariff and what do I need to do to cancel the old plan?

You don't have unlimited data.

To transfer your number @Anonymous you will need to contact customer services. They will transfer it which also generates a final bill on the old SIM.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
