Upgrade confusion

Hi guys,

I have a simplicity sim only contract, and am due a month early upgrade in January.

My question, and I've asked via online chat but cannot seem to get an answer, is do I have to actually pay for a new phone, or is it the same as a normal contract? My bill is paid on time every month and I've been with O2 for years.

I'm asking as I am thinking of switching to a Samsung, as the screens are bigger.

Appreciate any thoughts.

How much you pay for the phone varies with your choice of contract, check them out here:

And sometimes on the choice of new phone.

Some a free and some carry a handset charge.

Shezzie,

Please don't do an upgrade online as it's delivery only. I strongly recommend you go to your nearest store for your answers. Good Luck!!!

In store prices may be greater than online prices. Just a bit of warning.
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink

Not everyone has problems with delivery. It's a shame that you feel the need to castigate the service based on a delayed delivery to yourself when the delivery company was at fault, not O2.
