Hello,
I'm trying to upgrade my current phone as it is broken and no longer works. When I go through the upgrade process the site wants to send a code to my phone to verify my account but because my phone is broken, I won't be able to see the code. Is there an alternative way to verify my account?

If I'd got to the same point @coldo121 I'd go elsewhere.
I'm sure EE or Vodafone would be happy to sell you a contract.

I'm looking just now! I'm a bit annoyed as I've been with o2 since 2008 when I got the first iPhone and have stuck with them ever since until now. I know right now times are tough and the customer service staff are having a hell of a time working from home but being told to "phone upgrades" with no attempt being made to resolve the issue just annoyed me further.
