Upgrade Restrictions?

Hello,

I've been with o2 about a month currently and I am hating my current phone, when I load the o2 app it says that I am eligible to upgrade as long as I pay the cost associated, which is fine, however when I try and go through with this, it says I have to wait until 2024 to upgrade.

Is there a way of getting this done sooner? I did ask in the local o2 shop today as I was passing, they said they had never heard of such a restriction but to call customer service as they couldn't access my account, however the queues seem quite long at the moment so I thought I would try here.

Thanks

@SL5K

Usually it will ad the cost to your basket when you go through the upgrade process but I think there may be a 3 month minimum before the app can accept this.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Thanks
