Hi
I am coming to the end of my 24m contract (supposed to end on 20th May 2020), costing roughly £40pm. I have gone onto the app and I have the option to upgrade to a new contract now (1 month early).
If I choose this option, will I be charged for the remaining month of my original contract (i.e. £40) as well as the new contract, or will I just be put onto the new contract charge only and not need to pay the last month of the original contract?

You will just go onto the new contract, same billing date and there may be a pro rata amount to pay or to be credited depending on the tariff you choose.
