I have just moved my sim only contract to another carrier. I have obtained a PAC code to transfer the number (which has gone through) and installed the new sim card I was sent. The message on my iPhone stated I needed O2 to unlock the phone. I requested this via My O2 on Tuesday and am still awaiting a response. I assume the 'code' (?) will be sent to my email. In the meantime I cannot use my phone, which is frustrating. How long will the process take, please?

You will get an email, usually around 72 hours later telling you to change sim cards and connect to iTunes, but the iTunes connection isn't always necessary.
