I am switching to another network and need to get my o2 phone unlocked, have been asking for weeks but o2 seem to be completely ignoring my requests.
Anybody else had problems with this? Any advice?

@ChrisA13 As said there have been reported problems. What phone do you have? Have you checked to see if the phone is in fact locked? There are some that aren't.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Yes, I've tried it but I get half way through and comes up with some kind of fault so I can't progress through it
