Hello
I have a new direct debit appearing on my company Photronics Ltd and ive no idea why or what phone its associated with or if its a scam.

No one on here can tell you, as this isnt customer services.
You really need to speak to your bank as they can investigate further under the DD guarantee scheme. Also might be worth calling o2 business support on 0800 977 7337 and see if they can tell you anything..

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Call your Virgin Media or O2 customer services number if you think somebody’s taken out a contract using your details.
Virgin Media customers can phone 150 from their landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
O2 customers can call 202 from their O2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.
You can block the number that called you, or any number you think may be suspicious.
