I cancelled my account in September by phone from NZ as I have moved and have a new sim. (out of 24 month contract)
I've been sent an unpleasant email and a further bill from O2. Emailed them last night NZ time as per suggestion on email (email address provided in body of letter).
Got a reply this morning to say that email support has been shut down and to use online chat. Waited 10 minutes to be connected. When finally got someone, they said all my security answers were wrong - which I challenged, then they agreed they had made a mistake! By this time, 15 minutes had passed, and I had to drive to work. Have now got to work, tried online chat again - and they are all busy. I am not going to ring again from a NZ landline which is what I did in September to apparently no effect whatsoever. So, no email support, and chat lines not taking any calls. For a communications business - they are rubbish!!!!

To be honest I don't find live chat very good when dealing with account issues. You can ring from the numbers in this link (from abroad included) http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
Try to ring between 8am to 8.30am UK time

Thanks. Just hope I can find the 02 sim card! Its only free to call from your 02 phone, and I haven't used mine since 22 Sept.
