Unable to print latest bill, get error message

Anonymous
Not applicable

I cannot print my latest bill. I need to get a copy online showing VAT to claim back from work.

I have tried 3 browsers, cleared cookies, history cache etc, but just get this error message:

DASH_ERR04: The account number in the target address is invalid.

Any ideas?

The first issue you will have is that unless you have asked for it all of your bills will state "not a VAT bill" on it.
Second, try following information on this guide:
https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Navigating-to-download-bill-screen/m-p/962305/h...
If you are still having issues then you may need to call CS on 202 and get them to reset your account.

Account errors can only be dealt with by CS.
Give them a call on 202 as it might need a reset from their end.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Normally if you want a bill to use as a vat invoice you have to ask for that to be set up by CS?

I'd worry about the ability to print first - 2 issues in one might be the tipping point for CS wink
