Hello,

I've just landed in Australia and Im unable to connect to local internet networks on my iPhone. The same happened to me when I was in Italy in September. Any advice please, as it's impossible to find a support e-mail address to contact O2?

Change your internet setting

Change the APN to  mobile.o2.co.uk

If it is already set to that then change it to  idata.o2.co.uk

Save the settings then reboot the iphone @Frank_Lopez

How To Configure Your APN Settings (Apple iOS)
  1. Select Settings > Cellular or Mobile Network.
  2. Select Cellular Data Network or Mobile Data then Mobile Data Options.
  3. Set your APN settings
  4. You're done! Click the Home Button and all changes will be saved.
