I've not been able call or text all day in the postcode area HD3 4PH. It's very important that I'm contactable at all times and restarting my device hasn't fixed this. Please can you resolve this matter immediately as I'm very unhappy about the lack of service

It does say they have been working on masts at your postcode though so restarting your phone now should help.

Our network is currently working fine. If you’re experiencing a problem with service, try switching off your device and then switching it back on again.
We've been working on phone masts in this area in the past 24 hours. Sorry if you couldn't use your phone.
