Unable to access a site on iPhone 5s

I recently upgraded to an iPhone 5s and have discovered that I cannot login to a particular secure site when  using the phone to create a personal hotspot and trying to login with a laptop.

I can't even login into the site using safari on the phone. 

I used to be able to access the site without a problem using my old iphone 4 with 3G. The site in question is a web hosting company called Justhost. 

I'm positive this is a carrier issue (02) because if I create a hotspot with my phone only accessing my home wifi network (thus cutting 02 out of the loop) I can access the site with my laptop.

Anyone have any ideas? 

Apple thinks the problem lie with 02 as does the company who own the site I'm trying to accesss. 

I'm stumped as I bet 02 are.

Possibly something security based but tbh you'd have to call CS and ask them to escalate it to network support to investigate for you.

Only support can unblock a site. It may be a problem with the ads....
