I have an Iphone 5se that I have had for about three years from my mum (Was connected to 3 until March I believe. Then I rolled onto Superdrug mobile for a SIM)

But my Iphone5se doesn't work anymore unless it's charging and has a blowdryer on both sides of the phone to heat it up. And I really need a new phone for college and stuff.

I don't live with my parents anymore. So I'm in a suppported lodgings and they couldn't do a credit share with me so I'm utterly stuck.

I got a sim being delivered ASAP but I want to know if I need to cancel that in order to get a handset or not? I'm really new to this so all the help would be great, thank you!

@EllisClemett

You'll need to pass a credit check to get a phone on contract.

You can build up your credit with a monthly sim only but you'd be better off buying a cheap phone and using a sim only in it until you can get a good enough credit score for a handset.
