I recently ran up a £ 150 bill for an international call as I had but hit a bolt on for roaming charges. I could not find anywhere what your standard international rate is and certainly had not expected such a large bill but it was an urgent phone call so I had to make it. Please could you clarify where those rates are located and how much as if I had been able to find those it would not have caused such a large bill. I think it would be appropriate to reduce this bill to a more reasonable expense . I look forward to hearing from you
