So I paid £20 upfront for a ipad 2019 10.2. The deposit was taken but I’ve heard nothing from 02 regarding the order. It hasn’t appeared in my orders section and the money has been taken out of the bank? Does this mean it’s on its way and awaiting dispatch?? Thanks

The money hasn't been taken, it's been reserved by your bank

There may even be a credit check.

The money has been taken because it’s deducted from the balance and not pending. It just says 02 online orde4
