Hi,
I recently split with my long-term partner and our mobile phone accounts are linked through the one online account. I need to separate them, but can't seem to get a straight answer from o2 re how to do this. They have advised me to login, go to account details and I should then see an option to switch or unlink accounts, but I can't seem to find this. Can anyone please advise where this is hidden or how I can go about unlinking the accounts?

Other people have had problems unlinking accounts and I don't believe it is possible or that there a link to do this online. It would seem that only customer service can now do this.
If you tried the chat option you are better calling and speaking to customer service directly.
