Hi there.
I was hoping someone can help me here or give me some advice. I was on pay as you go with o2 for a really long time and I have this online account that I am using at the moment it is registered to a certain email address. I have just started a new contract with o2 and retained my old pay as you go number. o2 created a new o2 acccount for me under the same email address. This unfortuantely resulted with having two accounts associated with the same number and the same email address. Is it possible to merge the two so I can log in with just my email address (the PAYG uses email address as login, the contract usses some mix of my first/lasst name)? Any all would be much appreciated.

HI,
You could link them together so logging into your MyO2 would give you both numbers to choose from or ring customer services on 4445 for account assistance.
