hello

 

im trying to pay my bill but can’t access the online services so I’m trying to call o2 but it won’t go through please help I need to pay my bill

You need to call Payment Management on 0800 902 0217 and they will be able to help you with this. 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
