Troubles with calling

I can’t seem to call anyone on my device. It just keeps saying ‘calling’ with no sign of it actually calling the person but no sound. Or it says ‘call failed’ I have unlimited minutes and have really good signal so don’t understand why this is happening. Can someone please help

I am in Bromley and experiencing exactly the same issue.    No support from 02.  Same issue occured last week and corrected itself after a few hours.  02 network is becoming increasing unreliable .

Mines been exactly the same today. I can’t even find any contact details to contact o2!

try restarting phone, and dropping the signal down to 3g rather than 4g and see if that helps and post back.

Can't call to or from mobile, just silence. Just me, other O2 phones here work ok.

I have the same problem - restarted the phone, still can't call anyone (not even O2). Getting texts just fine. Galaxy S7.
