Hello everyone, I’ve been on the phone to a few departments at o2 but don’t seem to be getting very far. Basically I have 3 numbers on my account. My child’s, mine and ex partner. I am looking to transfer my ex partners to him but how do I do this? Also my phone broke last year so I upgraded his number and I had the phone so he has just been paying me for the tariff and I’ve been paying for the phone. It is almost £300 to pay off his contract which I do not have. Is it possible just to transfer the number and tariff to him and I continue to pay the phone off? Thanks I’m advance

@July Your partner would need to take out a new contract which would be subject to a credit check. You could then call customer service to transfer the number to his name.

Thank you for your help. What would happen to the current contract in my name though?
