Transferring my number

Hi all,

I have just got my new O2 SIM and want to keep my old number from EE. I have a PAC code, and every time I try using the online transfer service it tells me something has gone wrong. Am I doing something wrong or is there currently a problem with this system?

It seems that none of the online forms are working currently.
