Hi
I have purchased a sim only using the key issued by EE to transfer the old telephone number to my new o2 contract.
However, this seems to have not worked as yet and the "preliminary" phone number is active and shows under my o2.
Is there anything I need to do on my side to activate the old number? I have not seen any communication from o2 on my new contract, the status of the telephone number being transferred, etc. all I got was the Sim in the post!?

This is being reported a lot this week.
