Transfer money left from old phone to ne

I have the SIM for my old phone which has money on it. Can I transfer this to my other phone, when I getit registered? If so how?

If you sim has credit on it, you should be able to use that credit even in a different phone.

May be worth calling o2 just to clarify. I am assuming its a Pay as you go sim?

Hi,

If you have another o2 account that is activated and in your name then customer services can transfer the credit across easily for you.

I have sold on my old phone, so simply have the sim. As it has some money left on I wondered if I could transfer the money onto my wifes O2 phone.

In my experience only another 02 account in your name.

However calling O2 can't harm to ask or use live chat.

The phone doesn't matter. The credit is applied to the sim. Call Customer Services. The numbers are below in the Contact Us link.

O2 will normally only transfer credit if the original sim is disconnected.
