I upgraded my phone yesterday and traded in my old phone and opted for my own packaging but didn't receive any details about where to send my phone??!! I've tried to 'chat' to someone today but keep getting kicked out and then finally spoke to someone who left me on hold for 16 minutes and then cut me off.

 

Am wondering if I can do it in store??
