Hi all,

My device plan has less to pay than what the value of the phone is now.

Many people have told me that they've gone into an O2 store traded their device in and been able to upgrade without paying.

O2 have said I'd need to send the phone off first.

What experiences have O2 Refresh customers had with upgrading using their device to trade in?

Many thanks

Kieran

@MisterDoolally

In my experience the store evaluates the phone and offers a trade in value on the spot.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@MisterDoolally You can also call into a CEX store, if you have one nearby, or go online to their website to compare with them what you would get rather than from an O2 offer.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
