Hi.

Does any one know if you can top up using a Curve Card?

I use my Curve card everywhere and for all my small purchases - this stops me having to hand my bank details out.  The problme i have is that the payment process doesn't seam to like the Curve Card number.

Some Curve cards are not UK registered PAN numbers (The first 6 numbers on the card) and some are Corporate Cards which can cause more issues.

I use Curve a lot and not had a problem with o2 to be honest in the past.

I would recommend contact Curve Support, as they may be able to tell you more, and also can investigate.
This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
