Hi, I’ve used my data for this month and it doesn’t renew until 28th, however I can’t seem to log in and top up. My o2 account is showing no details and I don’t believe I have a virgin o2 account set up. Can you help by advising which platform I use to top up? Thanks

You'll need to add a bolt on or change your anniversary date by calling O2 on 4445.
