Thinking about leaving O2 - no signal at home and O2 not giving home signal box

Hi,
I'm very disappointed to say that after 11 years of being an O2 customer I'm left with no choice but trying to cancel my contract and go to another provider.
The problem started when I moved to a new house and it's a blind spot with no signal anywhere at home. (My wife is the same on 3 network and they have provided her a home signal box which has fixed her problem).
I contacted O2 asking for a solution. The customer service had no idea how to help me and in fact was offering me advice which was illegal!
After mentioning the signal box he said O2 doesn't do such a thing in which I told him he's wrong. After a few minutes being on hold he came back to me and said yes they provide the box but only to their business customers which doesn't solve my problem.
I am very disappointed in O2's way of handling my problem and I am debating whether to leave O2 after 11 years of being loyal.

Can you make use of Tugo ?

Possibly switching to from 3G to 2G may help.

What does your service status say ?

At the end of the day i understand you must choose a network that offers stable service where you live, commute and work.

Obtain some free payg alternative sim cards and test them out.

Get your phone unlocked while you are in contract as its free.

Then ask for your PAC Code.

Sorry to see you go if thats your final choice.
