Yes it's classed as an international text

@Thomas6 To add to the good advice from @Cleoriff, if you and the people in the US you want to text to download WhatsApp, you can text, call, and make video calls for free over WiFi. You can also do this with Facebook Messenger and Skype, or Facetime if you have iPhones.
