You should have cancelled before the end of the trial, as it is made very clear that after the trial you will be charged the monthly fee...
If you have problems cancelling then you will need to speak to Customer Services tomorrow on 202 from your o2 phone or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
