Texting the USA

I am having trouble texting the USA.
A friend in the US can  text me but I cant reply to her, I still get charged for the attempts and it looks like the text is sent but she never gets them.. can anyone help please.

It's worth checking with CS to make sure international is enabled on your account although I doubt you would be getting charged if it wasn't.
It does sound like a potential blocked issue.
If you both have smartphones you can use BBM, facebook messenger or Whatsapp which will save you both the international costs and could be more reliable....

Hi

Ask her if any issues exist on her network in the states.

Are your texts getting to everyone else ok.

This may not be the case but ensure she has not accidentally added your number to her blocked list in her phone.

Thanks will get her to check.. I was wondering if something on my phone was stoping calls to the US.. whe I was on Vodafone I had no trouble...
