Text Message - unable to take payment

Hi can anyone help with this please? I've received a couple of texts to say that o2 are unable to take mu payment, though my account details haven't changed, and I'm unable to contact o2 about it. Has anyone else had this isdue; and how can I resolve it? Thanks.

It’s a scam and has been reported frequently on here.

Block the number and do not follow any links.

Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.
