Text From Isle of Man - Now costs extra

I would like to know when the change was made that texts made while in the Isle of Man would incure charges outside of your bundle minutes.  They havent in the past.  I am only talking about a couple of quid, but surely I should be notified of this change?  Also, I assume I am not entitled to cancel my contract.

Hi,

If you contact 02 they will inform you of any changes to their tariffs and costs.

If you wish to cancel your Pay Monthly contract then speak to 02 on 202 to pay up any remaining months and ask for your PAC Code if you wish to retain your mobile number.

However they wont cancel your Pay Monthly contract without any cost incurred to you for doing so.
